moves, insight on Bill Belichick and why he's made them, and we're going to get into a little

But Philly, Phil, more than anything else, this Mike Lombardi's story that appeared on the

athletic gives us great insight and confirmation

to many different things.

It does.

And to me, the theme that stands out at the very top of the list is acknowledging your

mistakes.

And that to me is what Bill Belichick has done this offseason.

When you look, Tom, at the guys he's brought in and the guys that those guys are going to

supplant on the Patriots roster, Bill Belichick is acknowledging whether you're a first round

pick, a second round pick, or a third round pick from any of the last three years or so,

you're on high alert right now.

Your path to playing time has become significantly obstructed based on the guys they brought in.

That was the Brady Alert Alert head knock that I just gave.

I like that.
