The Bible and Mary Bakerady's writings make it abundantly clear that each one of us is the spiritual

reflection of God. In the very first chapter of Genesis, we're told that God made man in his

image and likeness. And Eddie, the founder of Christian science, explains in science and health with key to the scriptures,

compare man before the mirror to his divine principle, God.

Call the mirror divine science and call man the reflection.

Then note how true, according to Christian science, is the reflection to its original.

I've always loved the empowering fact that I'm a spiritual reflection. But one day, while praying,

an angel message, a divine idea, expanded my sense of this.

I'd been seeing reflection kind of like my bathroom mirror of a limited size,

and so my sense of being God's reflection, using that imaginary mirror, was naturally limited.

The angel thought then led me to expand that mirror,

to make it stretch to infinity.

I did, and was in awe at that true image I reflected.

I saw that as the infinite spiritual reflection of God,

I actually reflect all that God,

the infinite creator of the universe, is. And I've learned from Christian science that what God is

is all good, spirit, mind, love, and so much more. In science and health, Eddie defines man in part as the full

representation of mind. What a spiritual fact, that all of us shine out from God, pure and perfect.

Now I see that everything and every one I'm conscious of is included in this reflection of God. This new view affects everything from large to small.

I'm less annoyed at people who make noise during concerts, at drivers who might cut me off in traffic,
