Especially for transgender people of color, their unemployment rate is four times higher the national average.

And then to even get into discrimination, like I always say, you can't hide your transition.

You can't hide when you're transgender.

So there's definitely like HR human resources practices that people discriminate against us, even to get a job.

The biggest thing to even get income, of course, is to find a source of income.

And you think a job, once they see you, it's an automatic know.
