I think it's really important when we're living with anxiety to separate ourselves

from the experience of anxiety and to understand that although we have anxiety and anxiety is affecting you

but it isn't you it isn't your identity you are so much bigger and better and different to your anxiety.

Anxiety is really hard on our nerves, it's rough, it's grating, so if we can do whatever we can

to counteract those rough experiences and anxiety with

self-kindness it can really make a big difference to how we experience our life

you know day-to-day and and the bigger picture of life just working on practicing being soft with
