don't ever want to go through it again but i wouldn't trade it because of what i took away from that

battle are you maybe still stuck lamenting over difficulties in your battle you know that is a way to

stay stuck is to lament over past battles or current battles where you're just obsessing over the

hard parts of it,

that's a sure way to weaken your stance in battle.
