When Jesus became incarnate in a certain way, he united himself to every human person.

What we do in the Catholic Church is we extend and continue the mission of Jesus Christ to the world.

But as he's the God incarnate, we live that incarnational way through what we call the sacraments.

The sacraments are the church's ministry of the incarnation throughout time and place.
