Okay, so there's a couple things that I really want to share with people this week.

The number one thing that just keeps coming up in everybody that I speak to is that we know the energy is so intense.

We know there's so much going on.

And we're all just going through overwhelm because we're trying to manage so much of our own

stuff and the world stuff and community stuff. And so it really helps to get practical in

moments like this and say, okay, how do we actually address this? And overwhelm is a negative emotion that I feel very often.

And so there's always a fix that I go to that really helps me.

And so I wanted to share this with people if you right now are feeling like it's just too much.

It's like usually there's like one thing that you can take off your plate that if you take it off your plate

everything else will feel so much more manageable and then you can actually address it and honestly

Taylor usually it's like the smallest thing that you're then getting resentful of like oh i have to go

to that dinner right when actually do you really need to go to that dinner? And if you let

yourself off the hook, could you feel better about having to tackle like work stress or family

stress or world stress or whatever else is going on for you? So the first thing I just want to say

this week is like, we're all going through overwhelm. You're not getting it

wrong. And what are the small things that you can just take the load off of so that your

overall load is less, which means that you will have more brain power and more heart power

and more emotion towards actually the things that you want to do,

not that you have to do because they don't matter. Like what is it that matters and what can you

remove that ultimately you don't really need to go to? And I promise you, it will make you feel

so much more refreshed about the things that you actually, you know, things that are important to you.
