0:11.5	their amazing teaching skills. It is age is whatever you think it is. You are as old as you
0:19.0	think you are, Muhammad Ali. I turned 35 this year and I thought that I'd feel
0:24.5	even older. You know, anyone else been there thinking that age will define your next move? I started
0:30.6	CrossFit about a year and a half ago when I was nine weeks pregnant. So I'm really just now starting to
0:37.2	see progress now that our baby girl is
0:39.2	eight months old. And honestly, I've just now started to feel stronger and I am able to lift
0:44.5	heavier each week that I go. I still leave some days like an old lady unable to walk for a few hours
0:50.5	or so sore, especially in my core that it hurts to laugh. But each day I feel stronger,
0:56.1	more powerful. And heck, if I'm being honest, I think I feel younger. I saw this quote by
1:01.0	Muhammad Ali that I shared earlier and thought to myself, you know, that isn't only true for our
1:06.1	physical bodies, but also for our mental bodies too. We think we're too old to get started or too young and
1:12.2	don't have enough experience. Some people that I personally know told me straight to my face lately,
1:17.7	Casey, you shouldn't tell new teachers that they can sell anything online. They don't have
1:21.8	enough experience. If only I listened to that advice when everyone told me the exact same thing.
