I'm doing good. Can't complain. Thanks for having me on again. I think this is my second time or third time on the show so

feels good to be back. Yes, we are glad to have you back and I want to touch on a number of things you wrote a really cool piece for

Espination about defense and what wins on defense these days and also I want to

take a look at the NFC and maybe and I know this this might hurt you because you are a

Felkins fan but I'm I can't be hurt by the season anymore I stopped carrying a long time ago

you're dead inside at this point. But what happened man? I don't know because I remember there's a point where they were one in three and then they got back to four and four and they look good because I remember they went on the road to Washington.

This was before Alex Smith had gotten hurt in Washington looked like a team that was probably going to win the NFC East and it looked

like they were back being at least to the 2017 levels, maybe a playoff team and I remember people

were picking them to go on a run because their

schedule didn't look too difficult or, you know, impossible to manage.
