So I started writing checks, you know, with different operators around the country and multifamily.

This is 2016.

And realized this is a way better process and strategy around getting exposure to real estate.

You know, I could write a check.

I get distributions quarterly.

I get a K-1 at the end of the year.

And I don't do anything, right?

Like to me, that was truly, I truly had found the passive income source I was looking for.

Right. Right. And, you know, I could invest less than what it would take me to go buy a single

the workshop, scaling to $3 million a month, having an eight-figure exit, and now is a full-time
