They have a new book coming out in June.

It's going to be called tearing us apart.

How abortion harms everything and solves nothing.

Ryan, of course, is the president of the Ethics and Public Policy Center.

He's also the author of When Harry Became Sally.

Alexander DeSantis is a visiting fellow at the Ethics and Public Policy Center.

He probably know her writing from National Review.

Welcome to both of you.

Of course, I want to start by asking a question about the process.

Because this book is basically set to come out around when we expect the DOBS decision to come out.

So how do you write a book over the course of the next six months without knowing how that decision is going to go?

So how are you sort of approaching this project with that kind of hanging in the balance?

Sure. So I'll say a little bit and then Zan probably has more to add.

But I mean, to a certain extent, you know, the subtitle of the book, How Abortion Harms Everything and Solves Nothing.

That's going to be true no matter what the Supreme Court does in DOBS.
