What a terrible start to usure. It's the Sunday. For the very first time in the longest time, I think this is the first time we recorded a shot on the date actually goes out.

Is that fair to say?

It's something there today.

I'm not the only one who knows where you are, do you Chris? You have spent the last few hours down in mine picking up as many bits of rock as you possibly can. Incredible work!

Yes, I've been down in a mine filming in a video. I've got my 8K camera finally and I thought it's time to use it, trying to put it to good use.

Where I live there is an abandoned mining town that I've always wanted to visit but didn't know what to do with the town. I've got my friend Quinlan from Go North Japan.

He might have heard of him or not but he goes around mountains filming himself climbing mountains. I enlisted him to be my model.

He knows him quite well because he always goes there. He scored to me around and I made this cinematic video of him exploring the mines like a Indiana Jones figure.

It was quite fun. There was a lot of rain there. It was very damp and there was a lot of espesto.

What was the espesto doing there?

There were a lot of signs saying don't come in here.

You could see it because the mining town was built in the 1950s or something. You could see this fluffy, rather dodgy looking material.

It was a espesto. It used to be quite popular as a material.

It used to be like we used to not have snow in Britain. We used to have a spestos which used to throw a spestos balls at each other. It was really fun.

It was a simpler time.

It was quite daunting because yesterday there was the Magnitude 7 earthquake. Another one is so many bloody earthquakes at the moment.

Probably not a good idea to go to a dilapidated abandoned town with the whole buildings falling down.
