How's it going everybody? Welcome to the Positive Mindset Podcast, where we work together to raise our

vibration, lift our perspective, and build a positive mindset. In this episode, we're going to talk about

the abundance factor. What I believe abundance really is and how you can achieve it in this world and beyond. But before we get

started, we're going to take a few moments to center ourselves, to take a group meditation. That means

your high vibrational state. So what we're going to do is pick a frequency that we want to be in. And then we're going to pick a word that aligns with that. I'm going to pick the word abundance. But you can pick any word. You can pick positivity. You can pick joy. You can pick love. And once you have that word, when we take a deep breath in, you're going to say the word over and over and over in your head.

And as we hold our breath, we're going to view ourselves doing something in that state.

And then once we exhale, anything that no longer resonates with that frequency will leave us and will be in a more positive state.
