So, um, not that long ago, I want to say three weeks ago, um, I got, I was invited to speak at a mastermind

for online personal trainers and so, um, it was interesting because there's a lot of things that now when I look in retrospect

that didn't go right. Um, but anyways, I had a three hour speaking block.

So it was a very long block of time and so I was asked to kind of teach for most of it and then kind of
