On today’s podcast I had Cole Rudd Johnson on, and Cole is a 23 year old entrepreneur who is absolutely killing it! We actually talked about at 21 years old, Cole was making $250K a month in assignments, but it wasn’t what is seemed. You want to make sure you stay until the end to listen to why that is. Cole and I met in a Maui mastermind a few years back when he was only 21 years old! Cole attended college in LA for a semester. He felt very unfulfilled and decided to take a leap of faith and drop out of school to pursue something different. He got his RE license, and still felt that something was missing. At his third brokerage, he saw some backstage happenings of the brokerage. At this time, he and a friend decided to try wholesaling. He had a success and began attending real estate events. He began doing lots of deals and flips and qualified to attend the event in Maui!

After their first deal, he and his friend rented an office space and they made their first hire! The reinvested most of their profits back into their company and in education. At the Maui mastermind, Cole was able to network with high level company owners and learned about how they are actually regular people. This event showed him that he is similar to the other company owners and solidified to him hat he was on the right path.

Cole Ruud and I discuss how since Maui, we have learned more about ourselves, our businesses, and our beliefs. For example, there have been situations in which have solidified our paths in real estate and other business ventures. Over the past few months, I have been more confident in creating my own NFT with Meta and real world utilities.

Right after Cole turned 21, he got sick and was bed bound for almost a whole year. He learned to run his business from his bed for this time and had to learn how to navigate delegation in his businesses. He had to learn how to manage his time when he was feeling well enough to work.
