I’ve got Kyle Landwehr on the podcast today! This guy is a 22-year-old entrepreneur who has built a seven-figure junk business at such a young age and now has transitioned to doing real estate deals and coaching for junk removal. I’ve never heard a story like his before, so I’m happy to have him here! As someone who loves side hustles and entrepreneurship, this is so interesting to me! Kyle worked in construction but started a side hustle to get out of that career. He ended up making $10K his first month, and that’s when he realized how he is in direct control of how much money he can make! He broke his ankle, so this was when he transitioned into running his business, as opposed to working in it, and started in real estate.
