There was a little objection. He didn't want to sign the contract on the spot. He's like, I want to read it over, you know, I'll get back to you. And I was like, hey, listen, to get everything going with my contractors and make sure my funding's in place, I really need to just get this going today. So I would love to just have this signed, you know, while we leave today and then I'll work on, you know, getting the earnest money deposited tomorrow morning. And after a while, he actually went to a different part of the house away

from me and read the contract for about 45 minutes. Then just remember, time kills all deals.

If he walks out of there without that contract and you knew this, then there's, you just

increased your chance of something going wrong where you don't get the deal.

So Carson, it's nice to meet you, excited to do this interview with you.

It's really exciting because we're going to be talking about a deal that you did recently

that was a $40,000 assignment. Is that right?

That's correct.

And was that a first deal, second deal? What one um that one i don't know the exact number but it's it's getting around about a dozen now this year okay but this uh it was one of the earlier ones or recent ones uh it was more recent um yeah i think it was in May, so a few months back. But I was kind of getting up to get on the ground and had a good idea of what was going on at that point. Yeah, yeah. Well, that's an exciting one. So we're going to break that down here in a minute. But tell us a little bit about you, your start, what market you're in. How long ago did you start? Did you learn about

real estate and wholesaling? Tell us a little bit about the process where you went from learning

to taking action. I'm always fascinated to learn that. It's very inspiring for people to learn how

people get started, learn some things, take some action, get results. So what'd that look like for you?

Yeah, so I'll start at the beginning. I was around Christmas break in 2023. I'm in school right now

at a Northeastern University in Boston. And I had Christmas break, so I had a lot of time off.

And I was always looking for ways to make money online. I started with appointment setting in the summer of 2023. And it seemed like it was a great way. I mean, I made a little bit of money, but it just seemed like there was a better way to make money. I always see online people, you know, with all these flashy cars and so much money hasn't. It's got to be a better way that, you know, if a 16-year-old is a millionaire, like I got to the way to find to make a little bit more within a few hundred bucks here and there um but yeah so at

twenty three i discovered wholesaling because my brother was on a tictock or something like that and

he he saw some videos he was like hey we got to look into this and that's when i i came to your

youtube and it kind of just dove right in um I've always been super interested in real estate.

My fam always been, you know, saying that being an author was the best way to reach the

financial freedom goal.
