Hey, it's my pleasure, how can I help today?

Well, I got a question, so I applied for a new job that offers me management experience and leadership experience,

but it's lateral, food in terms of pay.

And I believe it puts me on track to what I want to do, but I was wondering what your thoughts on that.

Well, I think this is pretty cut and dry, unless you're not telling me something here,

this is a lateral move and pay, but it's lateral only in a temporary form.
