This week we're going to talk about how to get better at basically any exercise and when I talk about getting better

let's just say that you can you can do five pull-ups and you want to get to 20. Well this is how you're

going to do it. It's called density training, and I have with me,

Well, thank you very much. Well, you have a situation. Let's say that you can only do five chin-ups. So what I would do is I would put them on a 10- minute program and you could do this seven days a week.

No big issue. It's not going to kill them. So what I would do is I'd start out seven days a week and I would have them do

two chin-ups every 67 seconds for 10 minutes. Okay? So now they've got 20

chons. So the next week they're going to come in they're going to do five sets of

And then the following week they'll do ten sets of three and you keep climbing five
