and I'm sure it's hot and sweaty over there in Washington. I am Angel Reed,

here in Wisconsin, and my co-host and Shay Elliott. Oh, I have a fuzzy in my nose.

over in Washington. And we are the host of Homemaker's Sheik podcast and we are here to

rescue the art of homemaking from the daily grind with red lips and no jumpers and

lots of children. Lots of children running around this summer. My goodness. How are you my friend?

Yeah, there's a lot of children involved in how I am right now.

It feels like the hotter it is, the more children it feels like there are.

It's true. I've got one just walking around the house with no shirt on like, why am I here?

It's so hot. It is. It is. We really have hit dare I say, the dog days of summer.

And that's what we're going to be talking about today actually. We're going to be talking about

keeping our cool ending summer on a high note and kind of some ways that we can do that within

our houses. But other than that, yeah, pretty good. I mean, Mondays are always just

they're eating an elephant, but here we are. We're recording. I got some wine within arms

reach. I do too. I do too. Yeah, it's it is like I just can't I shouldn't say I can't believe it.

I just can't believe how Monday Mondays are. Yeah, that's all. And if you want to feel our pain a

Oh my goodness. Well, yeah, I'm excited to just visit with you because

it's really been talked in a few days. And we are really trying to tear it up here with summer,

trying to have all the fun we can have for the next six or seven weeks because it's going to go by
