Stocks closed higher on Friday. The Dow gained more than 2%,

the S&P rose more than a tenth of a percent,

and the NASDAQ added a little less than a tenth of a percent.

The net worth of US households rose in the second quarter,

according to the Federal Reserve, up 3.7%.
