You know I think the real trouble comes from how do I get started is because you've been kind of stuck in a

rut for so long it's like how do you dig your way out of that that's the

bigger thing because I think we know what we have to do to get started

because there is a starting point you know meaning like if you want to lose weight,

you're going to obviously change your nutrition, you're going to change a little bit of your exercise,
