So we've been getting some excellent questions. They've only been getting better.

So basically Lisa is stuck.

She's stuck within this five pound range, which is just really common.

Why five pounds? Why is that common? Well because about

two-thirds of your body is water and so that means a simple two pound or

I should say a simple 2% to 3% fluctuation in water weight makes you fluctuate between 3 and 5 pounds.

So again, Lisa weighs about 160 pounds, 1% of her body is 1.6.

Multiply that for 2, that's 3.2.
