So we just got some new reporting on the scope of the House Select Committee's

investigation into the insurrection. And the way I see it, what we learned

continues to move us in the direction of justice. And justice matters.

Hey all, Glenn Kirschner here. So yesterday we learned that the House Select

Committee investigating the attack on the Capitol on January 6th is preparing

to subpoena cell phone records for members of Congress. Today we learn even

more about the scope of the investigation the Select Committee is conducting

into the insurrection. If I can borrow a phrase, it looks like the scope of the

investigation is sweeping and systematic. Here is some of today's reporting by

CNN. Headline, House Committee seeks documents from agencies on January 6th

Capitol attack signaling massive investigative effort. And here's how that

article reads in part. The House Select Committee investigating the

January 6th Capitol attack demanded several U.S. government agencies hand over a

massive trunch of documents that signal it intends to undertake a sprawling probe

of security failures and attempts to overturn the 2020 election results. And then

let's look at just some of what's being demanded by Congress by the Select

Committee. Several of the letters request all documents and communications

related in any way to Trump and members of his family who served in official

roles at the White House, including former First Lady Melania Trump and top

advisors Ivanka Trump and Jared Kushner. Some of the former presidents, other

children and their spouses, Donald Trump, Jr. Eric Trump and Laura Trump are
