Project of the sorts.

Our next story is one of that, but it's not from the homeowner perspective perspective it's from the folks who are doing the

construction it's from the folks who are in this house they know nothing about the

history why they're doing the projects they're doing other than they were hired to do so. So they're just doing their job. And

insanity ensues. Toolbox is being flown around the site, electric not working correctly or in any sort of

sensical way, radios being manipulated in ways that are literally impossible for them to be manipulated on their own.

Goes far beyond just an electric surge of some sort.

At least I'm all walking away, but leaving the undead.

Take a listen. Oh, My first summer after high school I worked for my neighbor. He had a contracting business that mainly did light remodels on houses, painting, general carpentry, basic landscaping, building decks, stuff like that.

The usual crew was this guy, his partner, myself, and one or two of my friends and a general

laborer or two, depending on the size of the job.

But halfway through the summer we got a job to do some clean up on the house a few towns over,

which have been neglected for quite some time.

Repaint inside and out, fix some squeaky floors and water damage clean up the yard etc. It was a

decent sized house and needed a ton of work and the estimate was that it would take

about a month to do it right. The homeowners had no problem

if they were not living there. They were planning and selling the place.

Everything inside had already been cleared out for the most part. The first few days

we spent just clearing brush and stuff out onto the yard so we could get equipment into work on the exterior.

Once that was done, we split off into two crews, one scraping the outside of the house and one doing work on the inside. It was a

summer and the place did not have a C so the easier job was to work outside. It
