Sometimes you get one that's just like a metaphor, or speaks to a larger situation.

This one comes true right away.

Unless we want to make a really tortured attempt at making a metaphor here.

And this is like the grist is the bodies that Westeros is going to throw to the mill.

The mill is also on fire, but also turning bodies at the same time.

I think that's a good analogy for the dance of dragons, don't you?

So this episode was written by David Hancock, his first time writing for the world of Westeros.

I believe he has some credits on the crown and elsewhere.

And then this episode was directed by Gita Vassan Patel.

She did The Lord of Tides from the last season, which I think was our consensus

favorite episode of that one. And I also saw from the behind-the-scenes stuff that she is
