today is the season two preview for House of the Dragon. We are at the time of recording about three days away from finding out what the first episode of the second season is going to look like.

You have spent the last nine weeks or so going over with me, rewatching the episodes, reading Fire and Blood to see what we can

glean from the differences between the book and the show.

I think we're as prepped as we've ever been on a show.

What let's uh and and that but I'm I'm I'm handicapped back here.

I I know what the hell is going to happen. In fact, I just sat down for this first time in years that I've read the rest.

You know, before season one came out, I familiarized myself with what I thought they'd cover in a second season.

Turns out there was a lot more flashback heavy and it wasn't as useful so it's been

since before season one since I've read the full scope of the dance and I did that over the last few days

I know too much I know too much. I know too much Jim.

Yeah, too much prep. Yeah, I can't I can't fairly there there's some things that I'm very

interested in that they're more there more of like what the what is the audience

going to react to certain inflection points or how is the audience going to react.

The other thing that I'm intensely curious is like what going into last season the big things I didn't know is I didn't

know they would try to introduce this whole prince that was promised a Zora high

song of ice and fire.

Like that was a shocking and exciting thing too,
