0:14.6	Democrats on the House Intelligence Committee who argue that President Trump
0:17.9	personally and with the help of multiple senior administration officials
0:22.1	solicited the interference of a foreign government
0:25.8	Ukraine in the upcoming 2020 election to benefit himself.
0:30.1	Democrats are making the case that by doing so President Trump put his own interests above those of the United States of America
0:35.5	undermine the integrity of the upcoming election and endangered US national security.
0:40.8	The report also underscores what Democrats view as a quote
0:44.0	unprecedented effort to obstruct an impeachment inquiry. President Trump of course
0:48.2	refused to comply with the investigation to provide any subpoenaed documents or
