And today I have expert investor, Robert Leonard, who basically is self-made in the sense

that he's self-taught. He's just been grinding, doing his own thing. He's the host of the

Millennial Investor Podcast and the real estate investor podcast. Start when he was 25 just

at a college and just bit by bit and he's iterated and he's built something that went from

a little house hacking side hustle into a full-fledged business. So Robert and I talk about

everything from obviously the house hacking, the investing mentorship, which is huge. And

some real actionable insights for when you first want to get started with investing. Obviously,

if you're working on paying down your debt, stay the course. But if you're starting to

think that investing is in your future and you need to do more, then just stick the cash
