The House GOP weighs the fates of Rep. Greene and Rep. Cheney, during a critical meeting, in a test of the divided GOP party. Sources say that Cheney have an eight minute speech near the top of the meeting, but did not give an apology. Cheney is fighting to keep her leadership post after the impeachment vote. Rep. Kevin McCarthy has condemned Greene's comments but is still silent on possible consequences. Democrats are set to vote tomorrow on removing Rep. Greene from committees. A source says that Rep. Greene is refusing to apologize for her past conspiracy comments.  President Joe Biden meets with Schumer and the Democratic committee chairs about the covid relief bill. The CDC forecasts up to 534,000 United States covid-19 deaths by February 27. MItt Romney says that no Republican will support Biden's covid relief bill without changes. According to the White House, Biden is sticking with his plans to distribute $1,400 covid relief checks to Americans.
