0:06.1	Andy Biggs, Tom Massey, and Eric Burleson,
0:10.3	all Jan Sixth deniers, all those who have turned their back on their patriotic duty,
0:15.2	who have turned their back on the Capitol Police at an American democracy,
0:18.6	who are about to propose or have proposed a resolution in Congress, the House to try to get passed through MAGA to
0:26.4	declare that the Jan's sixth committee is illegitimate, that all of its work was illegitimate, that all of its subpoenas were illegitimate,
0:36.0	and that they should be vacated those subpoenas, and therefore the people that got prosecuted and convicted, like Peter Navarro and Steve Bannon who has yet to report to
0:46.0	jail that's scheduled for July. All those subpoenas should be vacated and and their ultimately their crime should be vacated.
0:54.4	Now let's take a look for a minute at these three, Biggs, Massey, and Burleson,
0:59.6	because some of them may ring a bell with you.
1:01.6	Let's start with Andy Biggs.
1:03.8	Andy Biggs was one of several members of MAGA Congress
1:07.7	who were actually subpoenaed
1:09.5	as sitting members of the House
1:11.7	by the Jan Six Committee and refused to cooperate.
1:15.8	Refused to appear in front of the Jan 6 Committee and talk about his role, his relationship,
1:21.2	his communication with Donald Trump and those around him who tried to overthrow democracy.
1:27.6	That's Andy Biggs. Andy Biggs is also the subject of the criminal investigation in Arizona, where he is a sitting congressperson,
1:38.0	led by the attorney general there, Chris Mays, and he and another representative were called before a grand jury which led to the indictments,
1:47.0	ultimately, of people like Giuliani, Meadows and others in Arizona. So that's Andy Biggs. No, not cover with any glory there.
