Hey, another beautiful day outside. Why, it's summer. It's great. Everything is closed.

This is not the way I thought it was going to work out. But, hey, actually, Long Island, you're open up today. You've opened up outdoor dining. A lot of stuff is open. We'll go over all of this. It's day three of the reopening in New York. It's phase one.

It's a Cuomo phase one, which means, what is open in a Cuomo phase one? I think wholesale workers, that's like 12 people, construction workers, and most people can't go do anything,

but we'll hopefully hit phase two pretty fast.

Joe Bartlett, you've been in South Carolina where everything's been open.

You can go to a restaurant, eat inside, outside.

It's been what, five weeks weeks now and everything is fine?

No spikes?

Well, there's been a little spike in cases, but it's just probably more people being tested.

The debts rate hasn't increased dramatically.

And there's a lot of people that just, you know, as far as they're concerned, it's over.

I talked to one guy.

He said, I don't even care about it anymore.

Yeah, that's the only problem. I see that a lot of people have just stopped

wearing the mask. They go right up to people who start talking to people. You've got to be a little

careful now. And now another factor people are finding is that nobody will wear the mask in

really, really hot weather. If it's 90 out, it's uncomfortable to wear the mask. But you might still

need to wear that for a while.
