okay i'm not i'm not doing too bad.

I'm doing actually pretty, pretty well.

Got some still some pretty severe pains in my neck and not so bad in my back, but my neck's been really, it's not, it's been getting worse if anything.

So, but other than that, I mean mean i'm fine uh don't have many

headaches i'm not saying double vision and uh you know don't you know paul i never did no in life

i could do a cartwheel but never doubt yourself because well a little help somebody can help you do

a cartwheel you know it don't take much to it it took a little bit of help for me to do it and i hope

i never had to go through that again. But I've got some good news report from my friend Keith, the guy I was riding with, my good friend, he went back to work today. So he's in office, so he's not, you know, he don't have to do manual labor, but he actually went back to work today. So I'm very proud of him. Uh, the outcome that he's, he's going through. It's been, been real good. Uh, he'd probably say behind me, I got my favorite show, Mr. Paul Feinbaum show on TV, uh, been sitting watching it, uh, took me a hamburger, cut up the tighter for some prize and you know so i i mean i'm doing i'm doing okay still got a you know like
