signifying nothing. I don't know if that's quite a metaphor but I appreciate the

comment either way. Jeff Passen just joining us a couple of minutes ago Brock and asked them

specifically and straight up you know do you make it some sort of a change do you

do you do something drastic in terms of your leadership or decision-making at any point this season before the year ends?

And I think he's pretty clear, there's no reason to do that in the front office because the front office isn't doing anything right now.

So you know if you're going to make a decision there then it would have to come more likely in the

off season once you have time to sort of think about it.

are at the end of their deals from what he's heard.
