Hey, Shannon, how's it going? It's going. How are you guys? Yeah, it's going. It's a great way to start this because I really felt in like a great first inning like, oh, this is happening. Look at Cal gets a home run and then you see Julio and Naylor and

everyone looks good and I thought they're finally figuring it out. It's happening. This team we know

is talented is going to make it work and still this one got away from them. To what do you attribute, like, the loss is kind of on this?

You know, it was exactly that, and I think that, unfortunately, the tables turned on them

pretty quickly.

You looked at a team that was coming in, and the one thing that we knew about the A's,

and they've kind of

been in a similar situation this year where the offense has been slow to get going, but

what was not similar with them is the pitching has not been good. They've walked a ton of batters

this year. They're among the league worst in that. And the Mariners didn't take advantage of that.

You know, they came away from

that game with one walk and nine strikeouts. And so to me, you got to look at those at bats a little

bit closer. You've got to look at an adjustment that was perhaps made by again, the starter,

and, you know, wonder why you weren't able to get anything against that bullpen until it was
