didn't go the way we wanted. I don't think there's panic. I expect them to play the best game of

So what I'm feeling is I watched the last several days of hockey.

And in doing so, I've realized that if the Red Wings were in any of these Eastern Conference

series, they would have gotten their head smashed in.

And I'm not even saying that to be funny for hyperbole.

I'm saying that because I've seen the quality of playoff hockey.

The speed.

The speed, the physicality, the goaltending in some of those games.

I mean, I just don't see a world

in which they can put out a competitive series. Would I have liked to see them make the playoffs

just for the experience? Sure. Of course. But I don't think they would have even, it's a different
