I'd be remiss if we didn't say happy trails and farewell to a bunch of our colleagues

today at ESPN. There's no need to ignore it. If you've looked at the news, it's out there.

A lot of people who we love in this business and who gave an incredible amount to this company

were laid off today and wanted to show them love done and the proper respect, including

a couple people who really contributed to our show in a big way. But if you have not seen

the news, Jeff Van Gundy, Max Kellerman, Jalen Rose, the great Suzy Culber, and our

good f**k Steve Young among the people no longer with ESPN and I mean, Keeshawn Johnson

as well. Todd McShay, right? Todd McShay, another one, massive, massive cut.

These are big, I got to tell you, a couple really, the, some had been rumored and you'd

heard about the Jalen Rose one, I find shocking, Jeff Van Gundy obviously, the role that both

of those guys hold in the NBA coverage on, they're both such like essential pieces of the

NBA coverage here. I was surprised, but in that group, a lot of people have just contributed

in a big time way to ESPN. Yeah, so good luck to all of them, for sure.

And I really hope we can still find a way to get Steve on the show, can we? We won't have

a problem with it, I can tell you that. Exactly. Yeah, Steve, of course, been a great

contributor for us for many, many years, and it was never a part of his job, not once

ever. Steve Young, if you guys have enjoyed Steve's contribution on Mondays during the football

season, you should know, Steve Young never did that for work. That was just Steve Young

being a part of our show and a part of our family. So make some noise and show some love
