There's a lot in there from Seth Wickersham.

I'm surprised still by the stadium talk.

That surprises me.

Well, yeah, and it's a little complicated when you're talking about,

and he's spot on, his reporting is spot on. When you're talking about building down there,

I was part of that. A part of that when I was working in land development for at the time,

a company called Nitz of Stagin, and they were a big part of what was built on half of that north parking lot sulk and it's I mean process is difficult yeah you know the area and ask the lie wiki crew and

how that was rebuilding climate pledge and all the years and all that and the footprint is so tiny it's

not like the Denver market which I'm with, where they're buying a whole

area in building all these things around it and changing all the landscape. Like, you're in a tiny

little footprint there. And you're going to talk about tearing that thing down. It just doesn't

make any sense. And where would you play in the meet? I just, I don't know. It just doesn't make sense.

Now, do you renovate to add a retractable so you can host Final Four so you can host a Super Bowl so you can do some of those things? Maybe. That I could see. Paul was always against that because he wanted the open air. He wanted it to feel like Husky Stadium that he grew up watching games in and having the World Cup and doing

all of that. So I don't know. I just, yeah, that one feels to tear it down and start from

scratch, that feels like that. I get it when you have sort of a decrepit stadium and you're like,

well, we need the suites and we need this and we need, okay. But as you've seen a T-Mobile just in the last couple of years, like, okay, when they realized that the Diamond Club was starting to get out of date, and it was the last year or two, and, you know, they see something like the Mouet Club, a climate pledge, and it's like, okay, we got to upgrade this. Guess what they did? The next year, they upgraded it. And then now you have a beautiful new diamond club, and now you add the press club. And then they added, like, there are so many ways to continue to get value out of a stadium that's got good guts. I just find it hard to believe. And I'm not questioning his reporting. I'm not saying that people aren't saying it or wondering about it.

I just don't believe that that's really a thing that they would need.

I just don't believe it.
