We got some more time here with Albert Breer, a Monday morning quarterback, who is in studio with us before he heads over to spend his day at Seahawks practice today.

It's been a little up and down since padded practice started.

I was there two days ago, and the defense won the day and the offense lost the day sort of at the same time.

And then yesterday it sounds like that kind of flipped.

I wasn't there, but the quarterback's had a much better day.

You talk through the importance of a good roster versus the importance of a quarterback.

Where do you see?

The national media does not in general seem to be very high on the Seahawks team.

What do you see when you look at the roster and the quarterback position and the coaching staff and all of it?

I actually think the roster is pretty decent.

Like I think they're sort of, and I was with the Packers and they sort of strike me

like the Packers in this way where

they've done a good job over the last few years of drafting solid players onto the roster.

Now the question is can some of those guys elevate to another level?

And in Green Bay, it's, you know, they have this group of receivers, like five or six of them

that they know can play play but can any of them
