I went a little long with Jeff.

So we'll talk to the coach about a really nice win for his team yesterday, and specifically his defense,

which was, I mean, just remarkable.

They were so, so, so good yesterday.

So we will talk to him coming up in a few minutes.

Jeff was, I mean, I feel really lucky to have gotten to talk to him today.

He was pretty clear on answering the question that we asked, why aren't the Mariners in the World Series?

Cut 23, he was very clear about what the reasoning was.

The Mariners are out in the World Series for a number of reasons, and we can go back to previous

games and missed opportunities and starting pitching foibles and bullpen maneuvers

that didn't go correctly.

And in that latter category is really to me what sealed game seven.

And it is a decision, the one to bring edward bazaardo that is going to haunt

this franchise until it makes and wins its world series he went on from there to go into a lot

more detail but it was hard to argue yeah it's hard to argue at the other points that followed the

number of times that he had seen bizarro and just, you know, the upside, just difference making stuff that Mooney does have as rested as he was.

I mean, it's really hard to argue against any of that, truly.
