I don't think it's being presented quite clearly.

The question is there's a lot of money involved. There's two ways player can get compensated. A open market, free market system is NIL.

You simply get paid for what people will pay you.

The opposing way to capitalize on this is the NLRB governmental union will manage it system.

So you can either join the union, which is what the last guest was talking about, or you can stay out of the union, you can simply negotiate your own deals.

I'm not opposed to them making as much money as they can, but I think this is really the choice that they're being offered.

If you get the NLRB in, which is a disgraceful government agency, you are playing in a different ballpark altogether. I think it should I

think they should opt for an NIL system where they can get as much money as they can or

want to but it's up to them to negotiate.
