Summary
Is MLB headed for a big lockout after this CBA? Salk says MLB teams spent $1 billion less this offseason and the RSN issues have ownership nervous about the future. It could lead to ownership asking for an overhaul of this entire system. Brock says that a long lockout would be tough but if it creates a more level playing field and closes the gap between the haves and have nots, it could improve the game in the long run.
