As it always is, Brock, really enjoy our weekly opportunity to chat with Jeff.

Been a good week already with Hollander yesterday and Churchill yesterday and then Passon.

And I said it yes.

I'll say it again.

I really do appreciate and like the way Justin Hollander approaches his views on the team and the way he expresses them.

It's very transparent.

It really is very accountable, but also optimistic at the same time, if that makes sense.

Yeah, when you're in that position of messaging. It's tricky. It's kind of triangulated. It's very tricky. Right? You got your co-workers or your staff and all the people. We hear that like from John Schneider who's in that seat. And it's always about everybody else. And Justin does that because he realizes that. Like I'm not just talking to the audience and to the hosts. That's right. I'm also going to be heard by everybody who works in my building. That's right. So that's one part of it. The other part of it's the players and their agents and their families and their friends and their people. And then ultimately it's about the players. And the fans. It's always about the players. You got to talk about the fans. Well, then it's quadrilated.

Okay. Okay. Triangulated. Yeah, but I'm just kind of thinking about it. Like, you know, I, that's true too. That's a hundred percent true. You don't want to come off like a salesman. You don't want to sit there spouting off all of the stats that you could cherry pick that will make your team look good because people see through that.

And so if you keep cherry picking stats and saying, well, if you look at, you know, Thursdays in May, then, you know, eventually people just kind of tune out, right? But at the same time, you can't come on, as you just said and be like, yeah, we've been awful or terrible. Like, you're not going to say that.

So he, I think, walks a very nice fine line.

He has a super healthy respect for the fans and players.

I think that's exactly right.

And I really did enjoy his perspective on it yesterday.

And I liked Jason Churchill as well.

I love Jason's perspective, smart guy.
