Good afternoon, Paul. I'd like to know as we go, I think it's to week 12.

How many times on Thursday have you said we're heading someplace from one of the biggest games of the year?

I think part of what's happened this year is the remarkable nature of the competition

has made each week this, it's an NBC slogan from I think the 80s must see TV, and certainly

that's proven to be true across the country. It has been remarkable. And there is, I think, as they also say, the best is yet to come. And I can't wait to get into that and I have a million questions about I want to start with something though that is concerning even though fans love seeing these upsets and we have seen one of those almost every weekend but the commissioner in your office the commissioner office, has put out a number of guidelines.

There have been a lot of fines. I know it may not be the most important issue on the minds of people,

but it is a safety issue, and I'd like you to explain.
