Final hour has arrived, and we did promise you some news and it is out the executive order from the president

has happened and we are learning a little bit more about it as we work our way through the hour

so amanda christovitch is covering the final four and always great to talk to her. Amanda,

thank you very much. I know it's a busy day for you, but assuming you've had a chance to look at this

and also knowing that four weeks ago we talked to you from the front lawn of the White House,

what do you make out of what we now know? Good afternoon.

Well, first of all, I always have time for you, Paul.

But so I was just speed reading the executive order because the actual text of it literally just came out like in the last five to ten minutes.

There was a fact sheet that was a release

that was a little like less specific the the main points that I can glean from it is

that the executive order attempt to limit transfers to one time and then an

additional opportunity to transfer once you've completed your four-year

degree.

It attempts to do the sort of five-year eligibility limit, no professional athletes can come back to
