Two Monday night games last night,

nothing really coming out of those other than the fact that you got Sam Darnold and the Seahawks continuing to win

and the Sam Darnold Daniel Jones jokes continue here. But when it comes to the Giants,

the Daniel Jones thing, because Jackson Darts been so good, is quieted down. Now, I know it

doesn't make the Giants look good, doesn't make Brian Dable look good, but if Jackson DART

were struggling or wasn't playing at this point,

and it was still Russell Wilson or James Winston or somebody like that, then yeah,

the Daniel Jones jokes could fly. They could continue to fly. But, you know, they're six and one,

but the Giants also feel like they've got their leader and their quarterback of the future

when it never felt like that for more than a few

moments with Daniel Jones. And as you pointed out many times, you know, with Daniel Jones and

with Aaron Rogers and guys who had an injury history, there's a long way to go in this season.

And, you know, Daniel Jones made the first, like, funny sort of cocky comment of his entire career to Evan Washburn, which I'm sure that you saw, where Evan Washburn asked him, so, you know, what do you need to know or what do we need to know about this Colts team that we didn't know before?

And Daniel Jones goes, well, it seems like team that we didn't know before and Daniel Jones goes well it

seems like y'all didn't know much so I kind of you know getting credit for that because he's

never been like that before he did it with a smile he didn't do it as a jerk but I know he was

playing their ass off it's not a jerk yeah and yeah I mean I don't know how you can't be happy for the kid. I mean, nobody would say that he wasn't putting in the time or paying the price playing quarterback for the Giants because he certainly was. But, you know, fortunately enough for him right now, he's healthy. And, you know, they drafted Ty Warren, that tight end out of Penn State. He's been a revelation for them.

They have quality-wide receivers.

And again, you got to remember, his head coach is an offensive head coach.
