He's a really solid players coach he's

a guy that knows how to communicate with his players gets the best out of his players but it all

starts in training camp it all starts you know with preseason games and winning those games

and expecting to win those games yeah i mean and i the Giants to have a winning record next year.

I expect them to be right there in the playoff conversation.

I mean, you go back and think about how many last second field goals,

how many blown leads that they had this year,

how close they were to winning seven or eight games.
