I want to know your reaction yesterday when you were watching the game and all of a sudden you went,

who is that dashing, bespeckled man with the play sheet?

And it wasn't John Morton on the sidelines.

It was Dan Campbell.

And look, a lot of people fought the John Morton thing, tried to make it about other stuff.

But the reality is the problems that had arisen, I think when you looked at the lines,

and we talked on this show now for a couple of weeks,

why is a team with this much talent,

bottom of a barrel in third down conversion rate?

Why is this team with this much talent

faltering hard, specifically the last three weeks,

outside of the top 10 and running the football?

Issues like that.

And all of a sudden, Dan Campbell went, okay, I'm the captain now.

And yesterday, I'm not saying he reinvented the wheel.

He didn't.

Kept it simple.

We're going to do what works and we're going to drive this into the ground.
