Sounds a lot like Jason Dominguez to me, only to then trade Urshella two years later, who was that replacement for then an older Josh Donaldson? And I remember sitting there going, why the hell didn't we just let Miguel Andorne come back and keep learning third base off that injury? Why did we do that? I think the thought and hope was Donaldson could provide an edge to that locker room. That was a part of the appeal, and it's tough to have an edge when you stink. He had one moment in April fighting with Tim Anderson. That was basically it. That was the edge. Here we go. Number three. What that we were here for? How about signing Marcus Stroman ahead of the 2024 season to a two-year deal and pretending it wasn't going to be a disaster.
