And really what I was thinking about was the Yankee fan and the satisfaction that

they have the way this season is unfolding. It's not just about getting back on track and now

tracking down the Toronto Blue Jays and winning the division potentially and when that seemed

like it was done just a couple of weeks ago, but it's also the way the Mets are floundering in all of the Juan Soto talk that happened in the offseason. Things are great in Yankee land right now, and a few months ago it was Aaron Boone's not going to survive, they missed the playoffs or this or that, and maybe it's a full time for the, you know, Brian Casherin and Aaron Boone to go, no, that's not happening.

It happens every year. And it's going to happen next year. Yes. Because these guys are going to be back. They're going to have issues at some point in the regular season, and we're going to hear the same thing. The only way we don't hear the same thing is if this team wins the World Series. and I have not recently checked the Fandu's sportsbook odds on

the World Series odds. So I'm going to do that right now. The only way we don't hear anything

about the Yankees from a negative standpoint is that they go 7 and 0 every week and they go 162 and

zero. I mean, inevitably, like every baseball team, they're going to hit the skids

somewhere along the line. It could be injury related. And this year, obviously, losing

Gary Cole was a big thing for them, but they were able to overcome it because they

brought in Max Freed, you know, and they, and Brian Cashman figured out where he needed help

at the trade deadline.

He got help and little things, little nuanced things like McMahon at third base just

shoring up the defensive end of it at that most important position and taking some of the

pressure off of Anthony Volpe, who doesn't feel like now he doesn't have to go to his right as much because he knows he's got somebody over there that can go to his left. Think about that for a second. Just little nuance, things like that that help. And then, of course, they add Caballero to the mix, who can actually spell Anthony Volpey at shorts up and has done that, has come up, came up with a big hit the other night. I mean, they've come up, I mean, for the most part, they've

come up aces here in August and September. And we knew that the schedule was going to be against

some of these bad teams here towards the end of the season, which now they are taking

advantage of, and they have a
